Revenue House
The Revenue House is a high-rise "intelligent" office building, comprising a 24-storey diamond-shaped tower block with green-tinted glass curtain wall, rising from a heavy, stone-clad five-storey podium and four-level basement car park. The building was designed with high floor-to-floor height and column-free spaces to adapt to the different needs of the occupants. On the roof of the podium block is a landscaped garden with pavilions and barbecue facilities. Access to the building runs from a spacious landscaped plaza into a triangular three-storey atrium that serves as an orientation point.

The building was awarded the ASEAN Energy-Efficiency Award for its efforts in incorporating energy conservation and management systems in its design. This project has also won the Building and Construction Authority Best Buildable Design Award.
