1.  Resident Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)

You will supervise mechanical and electrical construction works at the site and manage a team of site staff.

• Minimum 5 years’ site experience in large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical details, working drawings and local construction practices
• Conversant with local codes and regulations

3.  Resident Supervisor (Mechanical & Electrical)

You will perform full-time site supervision of mechanical and electrical works.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant mechanical or electrical engineering site supervisory experience
• Certificate in M&E co-ordination is preferred
• Conversant with local codes and regulations

4.  Quantity Surveyor

You will play a key role in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender documents, resolution of contractual claims and finalisation of accounts, as well as implementation of cost control measures.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Good Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognised University
• 3-5 years' relevant experience
• Preferably with RICS qualification

5.  Quantity Surveying Assistant

You will be involved in cost estimation, preparation of tender documents, valuation of progress payments, variations and finalisation of accounts.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognised institute
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience

• Good Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a University recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• More than 3 years of relevant experience
• Fresh Graduates with excellent academic results are also welcomed to apply 
• Registration with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore will be an advantage
• Good working experience in a consulting firm with proven track records in major development projects
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and submission procedures
• Strong planning, organisational and supervision skills
• Knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD or Microstation) and mechanical engineering design software is an advantage
• Those with more years of experience will be considered for the senior/principal position

7.  Architectural Assistant

• Diploma in Architecture or Nitec in Building Drafting (Architectural)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' relevant architectural design practice. You will assist in the preparation of working drawings or/and presentation drawings
• Conversant with local codes and regulations, and submissions procedures
• Fluency in English (Written and Oral)

• Good degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognised University
• More than 5 years of relevant experience
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as Architectural Associates
• Registration with the Singapore Board of Architects is preferred
• Possess good knowledge of AutoCAD 2006
• Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team
• For Design Architects / Architectural Associates, candidates must have winning concept design abilities
• For Project Architects / Architectural Associates, candidates should be capable of running projects through conceptualisation to tender documentation and be knowledgeable in working detail production
• Those with substantial years of experience will be considered for senior positions

9.  Business Development Executive (To be based in Bangalore, India)

• Good degree from a recognised University
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with private sector developers or MNCs
• Knowledgeable and able to discuss on all aspects of building projects in tune with the business and various market sectors in India
• Able to identify prospective market sectors and clients
• Good communication, presentation and writing skills
• Self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision
• Initiative with good interpersonal skills

10.  Senior Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (To be based in Bangalore, India)

• Good degree in Mechanical or Electrcical from a recognised University, preferably one that is recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in building services design and contract administration in project consultancy services
• Experience in multiple building types will be advantageous
• Registration with the Professional Engineers Board is preferred
• Willing to travel at short notice in India
• Good working experience in a consulting firm with proven track records in major developments projects
• Strong planning, organisational, leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD or Microstation) and mechanical/design system softwares

• Good degree in Architecture / Planning / Urban Design or equivalent from a recognised University
• More than 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in China Projects
• Willing to be based in Suzhou, China
• Conversant in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Those with substantial years of experience will be considered for senior positions

13.  Project  Manager

You will lead a team of consultants and manage projects to ensure effective delivery within the expected time, cost and quality objectives.

Requirements:

• Good Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Science from a recognized University
• At least 2 years' relevant project management experience
• Experience or skills in managing large and complex projects (Applicants should state the areas of your direct involvement or responsibilities in each project managed, preferably with developers/owners or contractors)
• Willing to work on overseas projects for up to 3 years
• Good command of the Chinese language will be advantageous
