CPG Consultants’ transportation engineers have the required capabilities and experience to conduct Traffic Impact Assessments (TIA) for all types of developments. In addition, we have a full range of transportation modelling software to assist in preparing TIAs, including junction analysis models, which are frequently used in TIAs as they are particularly useful in assessing possible improvement schemes.

We understand that the key to a good TIA is to identify the relevant transportation issues, and to propose practical and cost-effective improvements as required. A TIA will also determine car parking requirements for the development and evaluate access points and internal traffic circulation. Some TIAs also specifically assess traffic issues that may occur during the construction of the development.
