New Yangon International Airport New Terminal Building in Myanmar

The new Yangon International Airport Terminal Building in Myanmar was officially opened on the 5 May 2007.
The new airport has an approximate total GFA of 340,000 sqft and comprises a departure area, an arrival area, 45 office rooms and other modern facilities. With Myanmar fast becoming an attraction for tourists who would like a taste of the country’s rich heritage and culture, the new airport terminal can handle the increase in capacity of up to 2.7 million passengers annually and peak hour handling capacity of 1,800 passengers.
Official Opening of Civil Service Club at Bukit Batok

The wait is finally over with the official opening of the Civil Service Club at Bukit Batok on 15 June, which was graced by President S.R. Nathan.
Built on hill slopes covering an area of 35-ha with lush greenery, one gets the feel of a tropical-resort with the cascading water feature on the ground level, followed by the pool deck level with terraced landscapes, pools, sundecks and treehouses.
CPG Consultants was initially challenged when presented with the undulating terrain but capitalised on its luxuriantly forested area to transform the hilly and forested site into a breathtaking idyllic landscaped environment.
Architectural Design for Subang Jaya Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur
CPG Consultants has been appointed to provide full design consultancy services for Malaysia's largest privately owned tertiary medical care centre.
CPG Consultants has been appointed by Perdana Park City Sdn Bhd to provide architectural design and planning services for Subang Jaya Medical Centre located at the residential district of Desa Park City in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The new general hospital of international Centres of Specialty; Special Care Centre for Pediatric, Rehabilitative Centre, Plastic Surgery Centre, Endoscopy Centre and Endocrinology Centre. Residing on approximately two hectares of land, it will be targeted at serving Malaysia's high-end community when completed in 2010.
Two Major Re-appointments for CPG FM
The renewals are testament to the impeccable service quality delivered by the CPG FM team.
CPG Facilities Management has been re-appointed by the Ministry of Education as managing agent for the 175 schools in the West and South Zones (Zone Two) for a further three years. The contract includes the maintenance management of sub-contractors to ensure that the school facilities are clean and safe for the school children and project management work for any school upgrading works.
CPG Facilities Management has also been re-appointed managing agent of Aljunied Town Council for a further three years marking a significant milestone in their foray into the township management market. CPG FM is entrusted to service over 43,400 household units under the town council by developing a seamless township operation, delivering a full spectrum of estate management works, which include the physical improvement and preventive maintenance of common facilities, as well as the provision of customer-focused services such as public relations and resident dispute management.
