CPG Consultants developed the Environmental Monitoring and Management Plan for this project. This included identifying mitigation measures and monitoring activities, identifying water quality parameters to be monitored and monitoring locations, frequency of measuring, etc. Estimates of the cost of the monitoring were also determined.
