UE BizHub EAST is a mixed-use development consists of two 9-storey business park buildings, a 9-storey hotel, an iconic convention centre and extensive retail and food and beverage outlets in the basement and first storey. A landscaped urban plaza at the front links the developments within Activity Hub 1 to the Expo Station, Singapore Expo and the central garden within Changi Business Park (CBP). A basement connection from the development to the future extension of the Expo station, pocket parks, open spaces, sky gardens as well as lush vertical greenery ensures that this development will be a vibrant activity hub. All plants and irrigation methods were carefully chosen with the local climate in mind and generally require low maintenance, thus reducing labour and material costs.

This project is the first development within CBP to achieve two BCA Green Mark Awards - Green Mark Gold for the Hotel, Suites, Serviced Offices & Convention Centre, and Green Mark Gold Plus for the Business Park, Offices & Retail Development. This project is also the first hotel within CBP to achieve the Green Mark Gold award.
