Solaris is a 17 storey multi-tenanted facility for infocomms, media, science, engineering research and clean-tech development at one-north. The building is the winning project in a JTC competition to design, build and develop this facility. CPG Consultants completed the design in collaboration with TR Hamzah & Yeang. It features a spiral terrace garden that brings the greenery at one-north park up to the roof. Lush planting, a grand naturally ventilated atrium, BIPV, a light shaft to create a building that is designed for Green Mark Platinum award.

Solaris aims to be a vibrant focal point for the one-north community through the introduction of open interactive spaces, creative use of skylights and courtyards for natural light and ventilation, and cascading landscaped terraces as an extension of the one-north park. It seeks to integrate the adjoining park and the natural environment through the spiralling terraces that envelops the development to provide a soothing visual relief to the functional layout of offices and laboratories.
