The development consists of 20 blocks of 32-storey residential towers, flanked by two clubhouses at the two ends of the site, creating a prominent skyline.

The design is based on the theme of "Nature & Movement", and the landscaping is an eclectic blend of natural greenery and flowing water across the site. The building façade displays screen motifs abstracted from the veins of the maple leaf.

A green sustainable theme runs through the master plan. Key features include a rain garden, and a stream that forms a notional connection between the rain garden and the swimming pool. The tropical landscape consists of various themed gardens along the stream, interspersed between the blocks.
