CPG Consultants is engaged by EnCorp Must Sdn. Bhd. to design the Puteri Harbour waterfront development. The site is situated in Puteri Harbour, Johor Bahru, a world-class integrated waterfront precinct and marina, affording a panoramic view of the Straits of Johor.

Inspired by tropical valleys and terraced rice fields, Puteri Harbour is a waterfront mixed development with residential, serviced apartments and commercial components. The residential units are designed as villas in the sky, fringed with verdant planters and generous balconies. These arboreal towers, together with the unique cascading residential units, terraced roof gardens and pools, are orientated to capitalise on views to the waterfront.
