The triangular site, located at the northern fringe of Hanoi city, is in Ba Dinh district.

The design comprises a single 27-storey tower block, with the first six floors for commercial use, offices from the 7th to 14th storeys, apartments from the 15th to 27th storeys, and four storeys of basement car parks.

The service apartments comprise 288 units of mixed studios, single bedrooms, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units, and penthouse units on the top storey. The swimming pool, gym, spa and garden on the 15th storey serve as communal facilities for the residents. In addition, two vehicle drop-offs were created - one for public use, the other for office tenants and residents.
