CPG Consultants has been engaged by Bovis Lend Lease to conduct a traffic impact assessment (TIA) for the Jurong Gateway Development. The development is located adjacent to Jurong East MRT Station and Bus Interchange. The total gross floor area is about 110,000sqm with about 70% retail and 30% office space. The development is expected to be completed by 2013.
In addition to conducting the TIA, we advised on access arrangements, pick-up/ drop-off requirements, internal traffic circulation and car park layout. A pedestrian analysis was also undertaken for the main office lobby.
