CPG Consultants is co-operating with TEHC International Pte Ltd (TEHC) in the Sembawang Golf Course upgrading project.

Upon upgrading, the existing 5 lakes will be enlarged with another 7 new lakes being constructed, forming a total water surface area of about 4.1 hectares. They will serve as storage ponds for harvesting rainwater and stormwater, which will then be used for irrigating the golf course during dry months. The stormwater drainage system within the golf course will be improved by introducing sand veneers and sub-soil pipe networks under the fairways, tees, greens and bunkers. These sub-soil pipes aim to prevent surface ponding for 5 year floods, as well as dissipating any surface ponding within 15 minutes after rainfall ends.
