Construction Management
We leverage our professional knowledge and skills to provide fully integrated Construction Management services, from high-end construction consultancy to daily site supervision. Our ability to provide independent professional services to our clients has enabled us to successfully manage the construction of a range of building types.
You demonstrate strong supervisory and leadership skills. You are able to interact and work with contractors independently. You should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture from a University recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore. Your knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices is an advantage.
You are a certified Resident Technical Officer by Institute of Engineers Singapore. You should have at least a Diploma or Nitec in Engineering or Architecture from a recognised institution, with minimum 5 years of working experience in supervision of building services. Your knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural services and local construction practices is an advantage.
