The site is located north of the Van Giang Commercial and Tourism Urban Area, and enjoys good views of Bac Hung Hai River towards the south. It is a fairly rectangular site of 4.01 hectares.

Eco-Sky Terrace is made up of 3 different block designs: a concave 2-unit block, a convex 2-unit block and a convex 4-unit block. All 1012 units in this development are designed with private lifts, with the majority of units facing Bac Hung Hai River. The heights of the blocks vary from 16 to 20 storeys to create an interesting skyline, and a wide range of different unit sizes were incorporated to cater to a variety of home buyers.

With the curved block layouts, pockets of green that contain gardens, ponds, recreational facilities and pools are created in between the blocks. The layout also provides good block-to-block distances to ensure good daylighting and natural ventilation.
