You are a leader and excellent communicator with strong analytical skills. You enjoy problem solving and can work and deal sensitively and fairly with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. You should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities/Estate Management, Building Services or a relevant field, with minimum 5 years of working experience in Building/ Facilities Management. Certification in Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Course or Green Mark Facilities Manager (GMFM) is an advantage.

You should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Building/Estate Management/Real Estate/Engineering or equivalent from a recognised University, with minimum 1-3 years of working experience in managing township properties for senior positions.
