As the President and Group CEO, Ar. Khew Sin Khoon leads a 2,000-strong workforce and oversees the business and operations of the Group as well as its overseas subsidiaries in China, India, Vietnam, Macau, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.

An architect by profession, Sin Khoon brings more than 30 years of architectural experience and takes pride in creating spaces where people feel excited and happy to work and live. He has led many landmark projects including Gardens by the Bay, the New Supreme Court Building, the New Phoenix Park Complex for the Ministry of Home Affairs, and numerous institutional, residential and healthcare projects in Singapore, Myanmar, India and Vietnam.

Also a published author, keen photographer and nature conservationist, he constantly seeks to reconnect the built environment with nature through the integration of landscape architecture, horticulture and ecological bio-diversity.
