Ar. Tan Pheng Chee has been involved in the design and management of an extensive range of building projects including Senoko Fishing Port, Woodlands Checkpoint, National Museum of Singapore, and Academia in Singapore General Hospital Campus. With 28 years of experience, his area of focus and specialisation in the last 12 years has been in the design of learning environments for early childhood to tertiary level. Eunoia Junior College is one of his most recently completed educational projects.

Pheng Chee’s experience has extended beyond Singapore in the last decade. In various parts of China, he has been involved in the design of educational facilities such as ISA Science City International School in Wuhan and Guangzhou, civic & community centres as well as mixed-development master plan.
