Starting his career as a Professional Engineer, Hoong Goon‘s outstanding and diverse portfolio includes landmark projects such as the National University Hospital and the KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, the Tuas and Woodlands Checkpoints, the Ministry of Education headquarters and the Singapore Changi Airport. He is also well-versed in project management and construction supervision of various developments.
