Raffles Junior College is a seven-block medium-rise school complex located at Bishan Street 21. Under the Ministry of Education's (MOE) Integrated Programme (IP) and Raffles schools’ through-train programme the Raffles Junior College will cater to student population of 2100.
The organising device is the central axis that traverses the full length of the site in an event-packed procession. This urban device which serves to promote cohort spirit of the Rafflesians is reinforced by dramatic foyer spaces stacked up in the central circular block.
Central to the goal to project a unique image for an open and vibrant learning campus, the College Library/Central Administrative Complex, Performing Arts Centre, Indoor Sports Complex and Multi-purpose Hall have been strategically planned and designed.
