The Green Building Evaluation Standard (GBES) is jointly developed by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (China), Singapore Building Construction Authority and Tianjin Construction Management Authority, which serves as an initiative to shape a more environmentally friendly and sustainable built environment.
