Located at Vista Exchange of One-North, The Rochester is a mixed-use development comprising the conservation of two units of existing two-storey detached bungalows for commercial use, a 25-storey hotel, a 37-storey residential tower, a block of 4-storey residential apartments, an 8-storey commercial podium and a basement.

The Rochester won the Green Mark Gold award from the Building Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) for the incorporation of green and sustainability features in the development.
