The awards by the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES) recognise design excellence from the association's large membership base of Singaporean consulting engineers.

ACES works on behalf of individual and corporate consulting engineers, representing them on the boards of several authorities in Singapore, including the Professional Engineers Board and the Building and Construction Authority.
